How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all contiguous US orders  shipping fees to other countries feel free to reach out to wujun@roamingluggage.com

Standard shipping to Rest of the World (15-30 business days) - shipping fee subject to negotiable

*Customers are responsible for any customs tax. Duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery. 

When exactly will I receive my order?

Here’s how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 2 business days. From there, it all depends on the shipping method and your shipping address. For orders placed on weekends and national holidays, they will be shipped the following business day.

Custom Orders: Kindly note that delivery times for custom suitcases may vary by region and production schedule, typically ranging from 50 days.

Please report any shipping damages within 2 weeks of receiving the item. That way it gives us enough time to file a claim with the carrier.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sorry, we don't. Because we ship with UPS/Fedex, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
